Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving this year! Our friends (Erica and Ryan Nielson) invited us over to their home for dinner. In case you didn't know, my friend Erica is an AMAZING cook (check out her food blog www.ericaspantry.blogspot.com for great recipes) so Peter and I were way excited to get an awesome meal. Which it was, and we barely helped at all... Peter did make a green bean casserole. I don't know what my favorite was, but it was my first time trying pumpkin cheesecake and I loved it. Thanks so much Erica!

Chloe played really well with their baby boy Trenton who is a few months younger than she is. They played extremely well actually, and both kids went down for a nap right when we sat down to eat. It was perfect and relaxing, and we couldn't ask for better company!

Here is a picture of the two pregnant Mommies (and mommies with kids). Erica is due with another boy less than a week after I am due with my second girl. It is so wonderful to have such great friends.





The day after Thanksgiving Peter Chloe and I did a little black Friday shopping. I did get up at 6:30 to try and get Peter something at Wal-Mart... it was gone of course. Later in the day we all went to the mall and just enjoyed the crowds and fun Christmas spirit.
