YUMMY (and I mean seriously, Peter and I couldn’t stop talking about how great of a job his parents did at dinner) FOOD.
Family Picture...We are missing the better half.... Dakin John and their three beautiful kids.

As you can quite tell, we had a wonderful and successful Thanksgiving with the Fjeldsted's. We also visited our old ward on Sunday and got to see some of our great friends. It was a fun trip and hopefully we will make another one soon!
CHRISTMAS 2010
We celebrated Christmas at our house with (some) Fjeldsted’s and (some) Warner’s came too! We were so spoiled to have family come to us this year. John, Trudy and Thomas were here over Christmas and my parents (Rodney and Ethel) came right after. We enjoyed good food and even better company. Honestly, it was one of the most relaxing Christmases ever. I think a repeat next year would be an excellent idea!
Our big present this year was this amazing little video camera that I am still learning to use. I realize I don't have even one picture of Chloe opening gifts, but that is because it is all on this thing! I will figure it out and post it soon. I love my (I mean, our..) new toy. Thanks John and Trudy!
My parents arrived the day Peter's left so we were all able to have dinner and Thomas snapped this picture of us all together. This makes my heart happy :)
Mommo and Pacha Time
It is always nice to get one on one with my parents. They have eight children and twenty six (seven, eight and nine by the end of the year) grandchildren. So their time is precious. Thanks for taking the trip out we love you!

The ZOO! It was a beautiful day and we had a great time.
New Years in Arizona
My brother and his family recently moved to Arizona, and my sister and her family recently moved to New Mexico. So we decided to meet in the middle in Arizona and make a party out of the New Year. It was a ton of fun! We played games, ate and ate and ate some yummy goodness (my sister in law Brooke is a REALLY good cook which I never knew) and it was so fun watching the four nieces all about a year apart play together. Thanks for hosting us all Trent and Brooke!
I think this picture was taken on one of our last days there. The girls look a little worn out, don't they :) It was so fun watching them play.
CHLOE'S BIRTHDAY
Chloe turned the big THREE in January (her Dad turns the big three-oh next month but don’t tell anyone :) She continues to be all girl as you can see. We kept her birthday low key this year. She opened one present early at the beach (she is obsessed with swimming suits), and then on her birthday we just celebrated at home with cupcakes and a few gifts. Chloe’s big gift was being signed up for dance class, and Grandma and Grandpa Fjeldsted donated to the dance accessory fund (which includes that adorable little tu tu she insists on wearing every day). Happy birthday Chloe!
The Early Beach Celebration:
This was such a FUN day. Eighty degrees in January at the beach always is, of course. We searched for seashells, (I am so proud of the sand dollar I found), built sand castles, ate snacks, relaxed, and Daddy went boogie boarding. As you can tell from the pictures below, Chloe was very excited about her swimming suit. She actually picked it out herself at Target, then hid in the clothes to try and put it on. She bawled her head off when I took it away, so I sneakily put it in the cart and decided it would be the perfect birthday gift.

I just had to post this picture again. Such bliss....
BIRTHDAY DAY: We kept it really simple this year, but I let Chloe do what she wanted most of the day (which was mostly watch TV), and that night we had cupcakes, presents, and party hats. I can't believe my little girl is getting so big. We love her so much.
Featuring: An adorable tutu (thanks G&G Fjeldsted) and my little pony (thanks target for having it half off)
Mommo and Pacha got her a stuffed elephant who is adorable to remind Chloe of their trip to the zoo. I love this picture.
Happy Birthday Chloe!
