Ended way too soon.
Mom and Dad Warner came to visit us, and it was so nice to have them with us one on one! Chloe didn’t warm up right away, but it didn’t take long for her to love her Momo and Pacha. We were hoping for better weather, but we had fun anyways. We went to Santa Cruz to the beach, a butterfly festival and a stop at the pigeon point lighthouse (it was SUNNY this day)! We did some shopping on Black Friday (I like the craziness), and the best part… Mom and Dad drove home in a new car! Well, a new (used) car. But they found one on Craigslist that was a great deal and very nice. A pearl white Nissan Infiniti. We became great friends with the guy who sold it to them by the end. He is from Pakistan and a very friendly nice guy. He told us to come visit him anytime. We played LOTS of games, ate LOTS of yummy food, and watched the infamous Monty Python movie one night (Dad laughs at movies, but I’ve never seen him laugh THIS hard, honestly). It was so much fun. Turkey day was low key and we had ham instead of Turkey (it was delish)! Overall, I would call it a successful and very fun Thanksgiving break. Thanks Mom and Dad for coming to see us. We love you! And HAPPY 60TH BIRTHDAY DAD! (Sunday Nov 30th was his big day).
