It didn't take long for me to get into the Christmas Spirit, and last weekend we went to a tree farm where you can pick out and cut down your own tree. We decided on a small one this year that we could put up high out of Chloe's reach. Somehow she still manages to get into trouble pulling on the tree despite. :) Did I mention that she is WALKING? Yep, full out walking everywhere at 10 1/2 months. She keeps me busy.
It was fun to put up the tree and a few Christmas decorations. There is a lot to be enjoyed at Christmas, and I don't think there is anything wrong with enjoying gifts and decorations, music, food, etc. It is important, however, that we do keep Christ as the center of not only Christmas, but of our lives. It is something I have to work on constantly, but Christmas is a great time to improve since we get to celebrate his birth.

I love your little tree. Good for you for getting one. When we were in apartments, we were just lazy and didn't bother. Tessa walked at 10 months too. It's funny to see such a little baby walking around isn't it? Macie will won't even stand on her own, unless she's holding onto something! She is so funny. I can't believe she'll be one this Sunday. Time sure flies. Love you.
